The overworked Luther

I am prone to lamentation, bemoaning the oppression of too much work. I should cut that out. It’s not like I’m running a Reformation or anything! Here’s Luther’s close of the lecture on Genesis 19, where he seems to be overwhelmed by his work:
This is the exposition of this chapter and indeed not a detailed one—for what can be done by me in detail in so great a mass of things to do?—but one that is simple and true.
